    NDASENDATM provides complete safety and security in terms of safeguarding your personal and financial information. Industry-accepted security practices along with multi-level authentication system have been put in place to authenticate the user’s identity while accessing the account.

  4. Do NDASENDATM Agents need to maintain minimum balance ?

    No minimum business balance required to be maintained in your account. Top-up with your comfortability and start trading.

  5. What do I need to access NDASENDATM ?

    Platform can be accessed through a smartphone or tablet or laptop connected to a printer with internet connection. Login, transact and earn profits. No need to rent out a shop. You can use your home, car, bike or as simple as a table to put your device and access the platform.

    Simply follow the below steps to generate a new Login Password from NDASENDA™ system

    Step 1: Open www.ndasenda.com on your web browser
    Step 2: Click on Forgot Password link
    Step 3: Enter your Agent Identity Number
    Step 4: Click on Reset Password button
    Step 5: You will receive a new Login Password on your registered mobile number
    Step 6: Click on Back to Login link
    Step 7: Enter your Agent Identity and your new Login Password (please ensure the password is case sensitive)

  18. What to do if I forgot my Transaction Password?

    Simply follow the below steps to generate a new Transaction Password from NDASENDA™ system

    Step 1: Login to your account
    Step 2: Click on Change Password menu
    Step 3: Click on Transaction Password Tab appearing on Change Password screen
    Step 4: Click on "Reset your Transaction Password"
    Step 5: You will receive a new system generated Transaction Password on your registered mobile number.
    Step 6: You may opt for changing your Transaction Password from the same screen by following the Password Rules mentioned on the Transaction Password screen

  19. What if www.ndasenda.com not opening?

    Check your internet connection is up and running. In case, your internet connection is not working then check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

  26. What is the estimated time taken to address my queries, concerns, complaints?

    Suitable timelines have been set for every complaint depending upon the investigations which would be involved in resolving the same. Here are the estimated timelines at various levels of queries/escalations

    First response to a user’s query/concern 24 hours
    Follow-up queries 48 hours
    Escalated cases 7 days
    Customer grievances 15 days
    Users are requested to raise the concern to next level only if they do not get a resolution within the time frame mentioned above. This will help us in resolving your concern in a smoother way.

  27. What if Transaction is processed but SMS is not delievered?

    Sometimes due to problem from SMS Gateway provider, the SMS to the customer fails or delays in delivery. In such instances, go to Transaction History and generate the invoice. Print and handover the voucher PIN to the customer.

  28. How to deliver the Voucher in case SMS is not delievered?

    Step 1: Login to the www.ndasenda.com
    Step 2: Click on Transaction History
    Step 3: Use the Search Filters for specific search or just click on Get Details button
    Step 4: Find the relevant Transaction
    Step 5: Click on Get Invoice button
    Step 6: You will be redirected to Invoice page
    Step 7: Click on Print button
    Step 8: Handover the printed invoice to the customer.

  29. How to regenerate the Transaction Invoice?

    Step 1: Login to the www.ndasenda.com
    Step 2: Click on Transaction History
    Step 3: Use the Search Filters for specific search or just click on Get Details button
    Step 4: Find the relevant Transaction
    Step 5: Click on Get Invoice button
    Step 6: You will be redirected to Invoice page
    Step 7: Click on Print button
    Step 8: Handover the printed invoice to the customer.

  30. What to do if eCash is deducted but service is not delivered?

    Report the care@ndasenda.com mentioning the Transaction Reference Number. Appropriate action shall be taken by the Customer Care team and you shall be informed about the same minimum in (Transaction + 1) and maximum in (Transaction + 3) day basis.
